Camp Registration:

Thank you for your interest in All-Court Tennis. You may download and print out the camp registration form using Adobe Acrobat (PDF file format). Note: if you are registering multiple campers, or one camper for multiple weeks, it is NOT necessary to pay a large sum up front to receive the early-payment-in-full discount--please telephone to make an arrangement.

After printing and filling out a registration form for each child you wish to register, please mail it along with a $50 check (made out to All-Court Tennis) to:

We offer discounts off camp tuition for those who choose to pay in-full at the time of registration, and further discounts for additional family members, or car-pool friend(s)--see PROGRAMS for details.

Please note: Even though we now have eight new courts, there is a limited number of campers per session. Some camps may fill up. We will make every effort to accomomdate sibling groups and car-pool groups, but please register together to ensure space, and to claim the discount. Call if you have questions.

After Registering:

We will confirm receipt of your registration by email. If you are new to All-Court, please do not hesitate to call (978-465-6564) any evening to ask any questions, or just say "hello". We will telephone all campers to be sure they have their immunization record ready prior to camp. The medical release form also must be completed before the first day of camp.

Immunization Form:

Be sure to have your immunization record ready prior to camp. You can download a standard form below that details the categories of immunizations. However, most physicians now keep their own printable record of immunization which is easier, and accepted by our local Board of Health.
